Mental Health

Mental health is something we are all becoming more aware of, perhaps particularly so given current circumstances, and we are more aware than ever that looking after our mental health is just as important as maintaining our physical health.

TG has promoted the importance of mental health for some time now, including through a year-long run of articles through our late 2018 and early 2019 magazines. Part of those articles involved sharing resources to help those struggling with their mental health, and ways in which we can all support each other to ensure the topic of mental health remains out in the open and something we are all free to talk about - the good and the bad.
