Compassion in Dying launch website to help people plan their deaths

In response to concerns over the low numbers of people planning ahead for their own deaths, the charity Compassion in Dying have launched My Decisions, a simple online tool that will create a document outlining an individual's wishes, while they are of mind to convey them.

This tool, which can be found at MyDecisions.org.uk, presents individuals with a range of questions and scenarios designed to make them truly think about what matters to them and what they would or would not want in that given scenario. At the end, the site generates a legal document which can be used should said individual find themselves unable to make clear decisions for themselves when it truly matters, through accident or illness, and ensures their wishes can still be taken into account.

More information about this tool and the reasons behind its existence can be found here on the Charity Digital News website.
