Where: The Hall, Venue Cymru, The Promenade, Llandudno, LL30 1BB

Venue Cymru overlooks the sea and the Great Orme. It is a modern building and should be fully accessible. The exhibition is on the ground floor in the Orme Suite. The Hall is upstairs but served by two lifts.

Timings:

8am - Doors, stalls and exhibition open

9.45am - Be in your seats ready for the meeting to start

10am - Meeting begins with the Banner Parade, followed by TG business and campaigns

12.30pm - Break for lunch - browse the stalls and take in the glorious views

2pm - Reconvene for the lighter part of the meeting with our speaker and a local choir to finish

4.30pm - Meeting ends (approx)
