New date for 2020 AGM - 30th September

The 2020 AGM has been rescheduled and will now take place at the Scarborough Spa on the following date: Wednesday 30th September. 

Please view the attached letter from the Chair which will be sent to all those who have already booked over the next few days. PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE CHAIRS FAT THUMB THE LAST DATE FOR OBSERVER TICKETS WAS INCORRECTLY SHOWN, it should say  FRIDAY 21st AUGUST. The letter has now been updated
