More Information On This Social Group

We are a happy and supportive group aged from early 50's to 90's. We have a lively discussion group and lunch club and go out and about groups. At our main meetings, we usually have a speaker or demonstration, preceded by the business - kept to a minimum - and followed by tea and a social chat.

We choose a charity each year, usually something local, and fundraise via coffee mornings and stalls at local events. We sell Lucky bags for £1 containing mystery gifts. This year we have raised over £1500 for Flicka Donkey Sanctuary towards the building of a hospital so that the donkeys don't have to travel out of county for treatment.

Subgroups: Social discussion, Lunch club, Crafts.
